| I established Practice
Consultancy Services in 1991, having worked with general
practices since 1980. Since then, working either individually or with colleagues from related fields, I have provided services such as organisational reviews, facilitation, mediation, training and recruitment throughout the UK for hundreds of general practices and NHS organisations. My work focuses on assisting with the development of primary health care teams and dealing with organisational problems in general practice. However, I also undertake assignments outside the NHS, particularly with partnerships such as veterinary surgeons. I have two areas of special interest in general practice - stress management and computing - and have conducted research at degree level in both of these areas. |
